Windscreen Washer Motor

Post by Casey »

My washer failed to work last week and I've just discovered why:

The motor is rusted solid, no movement at all between the rotor and stator parts. The drain hole for the motor had become blocked and water has clearly found it's way past the seals.

Does anyone have a working one I can purchase?

That is pretty tasty there aye. I sometimes think about swapping the bottle, motor, and/or nozzles over to something a bit more modern that has more power or the fan sort of spray pattern. Something along those lines

I thought about that, but want to try and keep this car as original as possible :)

You can take the washer motor out of the bag that’s the rear washer reservoir, they are the same motor
