Looking for a spare series 2 wheel (the one that looks like a “+” sign) centre cap.
Cheap or free - I was going to drop my wheel for a refurb today but found I have five wheels but only three centre caps - doh!

Re: RH headlight motor
The diode in there was a Hitachi sr1k-4 , but I used a generic shunt resistor I found on an old PCB with similar values on the multimeter - 450 ish IIIRC.

Re: RH headlight motor
Hi Mark,
Seem to have it sorted now - replaced one of the diodes that had blown in the switch on the motor, which has fixed it nicely.
Thanks anyway,
Pete

Re: RH headlight motor
I certainly do, thank you!
I think I may have found a lead on eBay selling one for £35 posted, but I'd rather buy from a fellow RX7FB member if possible, to help keep it in the club!

Re: Pop-up headlight issue
Yep, the motor itself is OK and rotates when jumping 12v over it - it's just the "up" triggering that seems to be buggered.

Re: Rexanne!
I'd quite like to add a turbo at some point, but I'm a bit scared that no one in the world has much mapping experience for the "Megasquirt + rotary" combo... except perhaps Steve-A!!!
Maybe an electric conversion would be cool

Re: Rexanne!
Hey bro! How are you doing? Have there been any updates on Rexanne at all? I'm good! A bit like Steve really, life has taken me away from cars and towards motorbikes the past few years - mainly riding enduro, but also dabbling with a few road bikes along the way. (Triumph Sprint ST 1050 was the las...

Re: Pop-up headlight issue
Hi All, So tonight I figured out the wiring diagram in the Haynes manual... It now seems likely that I toasted something in the headlight motor, as the wiring / switching all works fine as per the manual. (i.e. Red wire gets 12v for "up" position / Red/yellow gets 12v for "down). I be...
