Have you tried Bigg Red? Or ebay, Rockauto, Mazda etc?

Hi Jesse

I found a thread on here. I can actually use EP3 Civic Type R rear slider boots.
Bigg Red were also very helpful. I can buy the Civic Type R rear kit (bolts, pins and boots) from them.
They also do one for the RX but only a complete kit including pistons and seals etc.

Hope your are well, my bro ... Chur.

Not quite as sorted as I imagined ☹️

I need the boot that fits in the right hand side. Currently looks like this, that's not going to work. You can see the end of the slider pin!

Does anyone know where I can get the proper boot or a work around? Brake Caliper Services could not find the boot anywhere. I don't even know what it looks like.
Suggestions and remedies appreciated 3-2-1 Go

You could measure it for a brass plug/cap? Mine has tiny holes in the centre I’m assuming to allow the pin to slide back and forth without creating a pressure differential. You could fit a brass cap and drill a tiny hole in the centre

Hi Victor. Could you post a pic of your setup, just so I have an idea of what to look for? No hurry, just when and if you can (or anyone reading this).
The calipers were sent to them with the old boots attached so I have nothing to reference.

Sorry Dave got confused with the pictures and thought the black rubber plug on the top photo was what was missing from the bottom photo! Now I see they’re both the same caliper !… I understand what you’re after now.. I might have a spare rubber boot as I kept the calipers from my parts car and they hadn’t long been refurbished… I’m offshore at the moment but will take a look when I get back
