Self wheel alignment on FB

mine was in position B on passengers side.(showing a zero camber)
and in position D on drivers side (showing obvious +camber)
which i rotated 180degrees to the B position.
both front wheels showing a zero camber now.
cant wait for next time off to play around with toe

So dumb question - is the other side (drivers in the UK) the mirror of this diagram?

I am now worried that mine are pointing to different letters ...my UK passenger side points to D (forwards and away from engine) but the drivers side points to B (backwards and towards engine), so 180 from each other.....was like that when i got the car, someone even marked the paint to those positions when they change the struts way back when....

B is always back towards centre firewall on either strut.

Just taking some rough castor measurements.
Couldnt tell u the degrees lol
but measuring from the side of wheelarches to tyres
my drivers side wheel is half an inch forward (+caster)
than my passengers side.
hoping this is the cause of remaining slight pull
my only option seems to be adjusting the castor rods
should i be bringing my passengers side half inch forward?
or quarter inch forward(+caster), and drivers side quarter inch back(-caster)?

So just to clarify, the lettering is as per the attached picture?

If so then I should be making sure that both sides point to the same direction, by the sounds of things both to B or both to A. Wonder how mine ended up one at B the other at D??

I guess i will rotate the one at position D to position B

If you want them to be as per Stock, they need to be pointing at A (Engine FWD) according to your above diagram.

OK, thank you, funny how neither one points that way....I guess you really never know what previous owners or other mechanics have done beofre you get a car!

They may have taken them off for whatever reason to work on brakes etc & then put them back not realising the little marks existed

Both of mine point to 'A' that is how it left the factory as I know neither of mine have been removed.
