It's a silicone cap type thingy and pretty much the right color too although you'd never tell from the image quality. I'll measure the OD of the larger fitting and see what I can find of a similar ilk. (now, there's a good word .. ILK .. that's in the Codge vocabularium isn't it) ? :lol:

Tape with a "nonprofessional look". Take a worm drive hose clip. If the heat is coming the glue of the tape will be going.

Nonprofessional looking tape now removed. Strangely, it appeared to serve no purpose whatsoever :?

Mmm, nice bung 8-) I fixed mine with a little breather filter but that's a neater solution, innit
