Hello

I'am an almost 25 years old guy from France who like rotaries since 14 and that picture of an RX4 found on the web, that day I told myself "I want one !". But those things are becoming so expensive and hard to find in Europ ! I also like all the other models like R100, RX2, RX3 and RX5, but the same as previously, rare and expensive or cheap but totally rusted :(

Of course, I also like the RX7 :D especially the FB's, so I'am decided to buy one (hope in 2013) before they become, like they other, expensive and too rare ! But I like rare models I can't do anything about it  so why not an Elford Turbo if I can find one, or a 12A Turbo from the factory (I missed the one on eBay, because I wasn't sure of all the paperwork needed to bring it back here... I have still this to be figured out). But if I can't find one like this I will have a normal one but LHD this time :) I'll like to own more than one, but I'am missing place to park them dry and work on them. Too bad

I bought a 12A 2 years ago, to put it appart and have some rotary pieces in my hands ! It appears that the rear parts were out, and I still have to mesure the front ones to see if they are in the dimensions to be fitted again.
If you hear about a breaker(s) in France, don't hesitate to late me know :P

Well that's all I have in mind for now, I'am here to learn so I hope this forum will help and I'll be pleased to meet you the day I'll own my RX !

Thanks ! I try to do my best to make my posts understandable (is that a real word ? because I think sometimes I create new ones  ) for everyone !

I guess you are luckyseven from the RetroRides forum, I've read both of your threads, like all the others I will say you have a great writting ! Even if I don't understand everything, I still enjoyed reading them ! And I will probably steal some of you're ideas, as much as the gold'n'rust car, the day I'll own a 7 !

I'm going to have a look on this buying guide.

This was for sale in Laure - Minervois in Sept 2010.

It's an Elford but it had some body problems and other problems. I have the old contact details if you want to see if it's still in existence.
But could be a big challenge?

Hello by the way

Yeah, that's me. Don't worry, not all RX-7s blow up as often as mine. "Gold'n'Rust" is SteveA on here, an inspiration to us all
