Pair of 1st gen doors going free

This pair of doors are free to any forum member who wants to pick them up but if no one shouts by tomorrow evening, I'll weigh them in on Monday with the rest of the shell.
They are off a black series 3 A reg and are complete with all glass, motors, wiring, seals, locks ( but no barrels) and hinges.
Both doors have very minor rust to the bottom edge but are by no means scrap and are retrievable with a bit of TLC.
The drivers door also has a rust patch around the mirror mounting point as can be seen but again, a bit of rust converter, a skim of filler and a rub down and this will be fine.
I'm happy to sit on them for a couple of weeks if someone shouts up today or tomorrow but no longer really.

Ian, I can't really lay claim to find a use for two whole doors although I'd probably take them if you were nearer ... but I'd be inordinately grateful if you could spare one of the little yellow clips that hold the lock rod mechanism to the barrel cam. My passenger one has been mullered at some point in it's life and it's a bit of a PITA having to take the doorcard to re-attatch it every few weeks A picture of the bit if that makes my drivel any easier to understand...

these are just what I have been looking for. They look in much better condition than others I have been offered. I would be happy to buy these off you.
could hopefully collect this week sometime when i will be working at Telford.

sure did mate, it went in the post on Tuesday 15th May, at the same time as Wiggmans carb...... if you haven't got it, it looks like the imbeciles at the post office have lost it..... not having much luck with them are we? I'll trawl through the parts bin and see if I've got another....
