Anyone interested in this?
It's now at Silverstone. It's 45 minutes from my house, so an easy day out.

Japfest - 24 APR 2016
Re: Japfest - 24 APR 2016
I stopped going to Japfest a few years ago, after it outgrew Castle Combe, and half the club323f members missed their track sessions as they sat in the miles of stationary traffic trying to get in...
Might give it a go this year though

Yeah, that Castle Combe experience put me off too.
If it's bad again at Silverstone I'll just go for a cruise to a pub instead. Not much invested being 30 miles down the road.
Starting a list:

Re: Japfest - 24 APR 2016
Im keen as to check it out as ive just moved to London. I was thinking about making a really cheap purchase to throw on the track for a bit of fun. Would anyone be interested in joining in? I thought it could be fun as im soaking up alot of inspiration from Mighty Car Mods at the moment. Im itching to get some dirty grease under my fingernails.
Does a car need to be fully registered and insured to take on the track?

Here's the rules for putting your car on the track:
http://japfest.co.uk/sites/default/file ... 0Rules.pdf
The car needs to be road legal, no slicks blah blah.

Seeing as there's a bit of interest, I've gotten onto the organisers to arrange a stand.
They have a 5 car minimum so add you names to the list chaps.
