Hello new member

Post by Sholly »

Hi I'm a new member. I've decided to join this forum as I have owned my 83 Elford turbo for about 20 years. Which is now sitting on the drive. I have stripped about 4 RX7's over the years (parts are all over the house much to the wife's disgust) with the plan to restore mine when I have finally finished renovating my house.

Hi mate.

I'm immediastely interested as I keep a fairly comprehensive register of 1st generation cars in the UK. (I might have yours on it)?
I'd love to know what the reg is and the colour. Location I can see is Kent.

And the cars broken for parts if you have any details.....for the 'Scrap Cars' part of the register.
You can PM me sometime on here if you don't want to state details on the open forum.

From experience you can get a complete car in bits stuffed in nooks and crannies around a typical house...... :o

Welcome

Hi again. Thanks for the pic....your car has now joined quite a few other THM's on the location list. Many of the others are in the 'Scrap' file but yours is firmly in the 'Roadgoing and Probable Running' section.

Cheers. Oh and do we keep calling you Sholly? lets guess Steve, Stuart or Sam Holly?

Hi I still need to do a complete restore. I'm not ready to start yet as need to get the house finished. I enjoyed driving her when she was on the road and can't wait to drive it again. The wheels I was told came off an old ford. Their 13in rims 205's.
I'm not keen on them and will be changing them at a later date

Shollys my nickname lol
