Good find, also the sealant is on the thermostat mounted too, as i can see.

Don't forget to dip the bolts in some grease before put them back in housing, just in case you have to take it off again.

I for myself changed the bolts into stainless steel bolts and always take some graphite grease Pete!

I will change the bolts when I replace the coolant this week I was in a hurry to change the water pump housing for the weekend so only refilled with softened water. I might buy a couple of those stats for spares too. Not at this point. Depends if it's a stock photo or not.
You can always rip the rubber piece off anyway. You shouldn't use that on an FB.
