I live in Michigan, and I've owned an FB since 1989.  My current car is an '84 GSL that is fairly heavily modified.  I like trying new ideas on my car, so it's a rolling experiment:
- 13B-RE engine
- GT35R turbo
- Toyota 8" rear axle
- Tri-Link rear geometry with horizontal Watts Link
- One-off front big brakes
I do track days with a few clubs, so my car gets some exercise.

A few of us on here have also looked in to a certain US Forum over the years but got our noses pushed out a bit by blunt comments from moderators if we went off message in any way.
On here we like to think we're a bit more open to other views and comments.

Hiya, welcome over this side of the pond. Thought I recognised the username and car history from that "American forum", lol. I dunno about the moderators specifically, I think a lot of us guys from outside the U.S. found it a pretty unwelcoming place in general, which is a massive shame because there are some awesome builds and engineering on there, and it is pretty much the fount of all wisdom on RX-7s. But it's very frustrating trying to find it, and you have to grit your teeth and be willing to grow a very thick skin

You are running the same Injectors and Pump as me, interesting to see that you bumped the fuel pressure up and showing the corrected flow at 5bar - I thought the same thing, but the injectors match the flow of the pump at 3 bar so I couldnt see any point going higher.
The 044s are rated at 240lph @ 3 bar, which is 4l/min or 1000cc x 4 = assuming 85% duty cycle, thats 850cc fuel at that pressure (slightly less from the 1:1 fpr but ignore that for a second)
200lph @ 5bar = 3.33l/min or 830cc x4, so that would be a lower injector duty cycle (70% ish), but no pump headroom, so more likely around 750cc.
Love the fact you have detailed everything though - would be great to see some up to date pictures too!

I raised the pressure for two reasons:
1. I was an early adopter of the ID1000s. Paul Yaw is a friend of mine. He showed me the atomization at elevated pressures, and it was slightly better.
2. I'm running a fuel pump booster, so I should get more flow due to the higher voltage. BTW, I ran some free flow tests on the -044 at 13.5V, and their flow chart was right on the money. That was with a filter sock on the inlet, the Bosch check valve in place, through 4 feet of 3/8 inch hose.
