hi. im new

Post by rexvirtue »

hello. glad to be part of a FB only forum. i have an 84 gsl-se i bought 13 years ago. it couldn't move around with me so it sat in a barn for the past 11 years. now i have a house and a place to park it, so it's here and ready for some love. i'm thinking about putting a carb set-up to permanently solve the efi and vacuum problems, but the jury is still out. not many places to get sweet parts in canada, but a few. next on the list, some rb headers.

Welcome to the forum.
I'd try to keep the efi if possible, after 11 years you got to expect some gremlins.
Get some pics up when you can.

Yeah, definitely keep it if possible. Just be methodical replacing perished vacc lines and you'll get there eventually. Seriously, try the FD twin turbo "rat's nest" for a real nightmare, then you'll feel better about the FB one

Oh, welcome along, too :D
