When someone gets this man a connector for his oil cooler. The one that goes in the front cover.

Not using the beehive then?
Welding looks tidy, I hope you gunged up inside that orifice with some kind of rust converter before he patched over it?

He is keeping the beehive for now. I just don't think he's got the connector that goes in the front cover.
Too cold for me to go the garage at the moment. I'll get him one next time I go over or unless someone else has one for him.
They're a pig to fit once the front mounting plate is fitted so he wants one now before the motor goes in.

There is a hard pipe that takes oil between the beehive and the front cover. There is an adaptor which screws into the front cover to accept the pipe. There was a monumental effort involved (on Tool's part) to separate the pipe from the adaptor. Then the motor got taken apart, parts got swapped out and I ended up with the pipe but not the adaptor. These things happen when you're on a schedule and have places to be and / or family to see.

I'll get a selection of dates up shall I? Just a bit more prep required now and I'll sort a little van for the day so I can get the crane and motor down there in one go.

Wait a minute Mr Postman ... WTF is this?
Errr .. no. I can't guess what it is yet
No. I'm not in the habit of concealing items in rubber gloves officer ... honestly!
1x adaptor ... to be fitted into front plate ... from the emporium of Mr Tool
And there was this too ... but not in the same envelope
OK, it will require some jiggery pokery to fit as it's the FC flavored item but at £9.99

it's a nice spare thing to hang in the rotorcave for later.
