Sorry to hear you can't make it TOOL :(

And then there were 4 or 5 (but still time/room for more if you are quick!).

So, I've just discussed with Pete on here and Nigel on the RX-8 OC what's the best way forward, given we've only got a small number coming along. We've decided, to avoid us being dumped miles away in a dusty corner, to combine with the RX-8 OC stand to get our entry/stand passes.

Nearer the time I will post up where we can meet with the RX-8 OC cars to convoy into the venue and make it easier for us to park up together to create our FB "mini-stand".

More importantly, it's time NOW to purchase your entry/stand tickets via the RX-8 OC Shop. Just £10 per adult (£5 per child). Tickets available here:

http://shop.rx8oc.co.uk/Simply_Japanese ... 22868.aspx

Pay by Credit Card or PayPal. Remember to include your delivery address, so your tickets can be posted out, and also mention "RX7FB Owner" in the "Send Additional Instructions" box (near the end of the process - tick a box), so the Shop guys can keep track of numbers.

This is an RX-8 OC Full (paid up) Member event only, which means FREE cold refreshments (and hot drinks I hope) will be available throughout the day from the Club Stand on a help-yourself basis. The RX-8 OC have said if anyone on here wants to take advantage (having seen what's on offer) they can pay £5 per person on the day and have the same privilege to help themselves to what's available. It'll certainly be cheaper than the food outlets at the venue, but no obligation if you don't fancy what's available ;)

Please purchase your ticket asap and post up on here that you've done that, so that Pete and I can keep track :D

Just a heads up that the tickets/passes went out via 1st class post to everyone on Saturday, so hopefully will arrive with us on Monday/Tuesday.

Please post up in here when your ticket arrive so I'll know all is OK :)

The RX8OC guys are planning to meet up near the venue to convoy in all together. Their plan is detailed in the first post over here:

http://www.rx8ownersclub.co.uk/forum/vi ... 01&t=72686

I plan to tag along and invite anyone else to join me if you can, so we can have a mini-FB convoy :D

Again, please post up in here if you are able to make to convoy rendezvous point so we'll know who to expect.

0-0 many thanks to Pete for kicking off the idea to attend Beaulieu this year, it's sure to be a great show (especially as we are in it ;) ).
