Anybody know how rotorstock works, do you need to buy tickets from mrc to park up with the other rotaries or is it just tickets on the gate, im going anyway but if i can avoid the field carpark i will. Any info would be great.

Re: Rotorstock
A lot of us don't go due to the history between the clubs and the shit that still goes on.
Dunno anyone that's going.

Re: Rotorstock
I am going, I have bought my tickets through the MRC shop...they haven't arrived yet though...
pretty sure there are no stand passes involved, so if you buy on the gate, you should be able to drive onto the MRC stand. If not, walk round and grab a pass from someone

Re: Rotorstock
There's an FDUK stand for the many people who refuse to support MRC tacitly or overtly. Whether they'd let other than FDs on is another matter, I guess. The MRC Overlord has always insisted all rotaries have to park on the one stand whatever club they "represent" but now it's a name licenced by the Pod, and of secondary billing to their "God of the Pod" nonsense, arguably his opinion is of no relevance. But I expect it'll still be that way
I'm not going. Aside from it'd be a right PITA to swap work shifts, it's a rubbish specatacle as a "show" and I wouldn't lend MRC any (slim) credibility my presence may provide
Shan't try to politicise it any further than that or I'll seem like a single-agenda lunatic, anyway. Have fun, I expect there'll be more tumbleweeds than cars there, like most years. IIRC there were about ten Subarus as well as the rotaries last year, was quite a bumper turnout
