Ok... may i make a suggestion?
Would it be a good idea to put a 'sticky' note at the top of the for sale sections requesting that people reply to the for sale thread before going to private message/phone/email to thrash out the details? It wouldnt have to be a firm comitment to buy, just a message to say youre interested.
Then everyone would know where they stood, if 1st/2nd/3rd etc in the refusal queue.
Its a bit bewildering to be the first to reply only to be told that its already sold.
