Ok mate,
I should have the pair, as they were the originals from my car, I think the other one must be in the roof of the garage above my elford, I will have a look next time I get a chance and let you know.
I also have an original aerial with a broken mast if that will help you in any way.

Just found the other panel, I’m a bit of a hoarder so I was sure I had it lol.
Not sure where you are located but I’m in Essex near to the m25 and dartford crossing.
