All new tyres on my freshly refurbished pepperpots was going 2 have them diamond cut but advised would be better painted as it would protect them better who knows anyway im pleased with the finish and i have the elford centre caps as well.Having a good day my volkswagon t5 camper also gone in for a full respray and rustproofing 2day which is sentimental to me as i had alot of good times with my son Joe and i took him to the church in it

The yellow dot on your tire should be opposite the valve on your rim. You will then need to
less weight on the rim when balancing.

I'd say most tyre shops in the UK have no clue about that aye. Or are too lazy to do it. Which is a bit random as it should save them time in having to balance them  . But I thought it was the lightest point and you want it to be right where your valve is?

Wheels are looking good. I think I prefer those to be paint matched aye!

Ha ha Adrian, I never said that I enjoyed doing mine lol.
Once I got it to a decent looking stage, I gave it a quick go over with clear laquer to keep it clean.

Keep up the good work, it is going to be amazing when finished.
