Excellent. I assume they will want us to arrive together so perhaps we meet somewhere close to goodwood so we can roll in a cloud of hydrocarbons. Will arrange something.

Re: Japfest classic
Doh, I completely missed this topic
I have already booked to attend on a stand organised by a group of Dutch Mazda owners (Rotary and Piston). The Dutch guys have invited any UK Mazda owners to join them. I just came on here with the idea of inviting rx7fb.com club owners to them, but I see there is no need
Well done kenwhiteside for posting up on here - it's great to see a good level of interest already
With luck, the stands might be adjacent, as the booking code for the Dutch Club is only one digit different to the code posted on here

If there are a few rx’s on the other group I can email the organisers to see if indeed we can get them side by side.

That would be great, their booking code is JCL-184. I believe the club name is Hadimazdaclub.

Re: JAPFEST CLASSIC, Goodwood, Sunday 6 October 2024
Ian Mothersole has booked a ticket to bring KIMI 2, the 1983 FB he bought from me, on to the stand
Ian will bring along a large gazebo (loaned from the RX-8 OC).
I've checked with the organisers and they are OK with Series 1 RX-8's attending the show, as they were first built in 2003. There are a small number of RX-8 OC members who would like to attend the show, but not enough to warrant a stand. With the agreement of Tim, we are extending an invite to RX-8 OC members to join us on our stand.
