That was only a few years ago surely, that looks like parts only, they hide rust well, that will have a lot.

For sale on Cars and Classic a series 3 in black.£9k
Its partially restored with a newly rebuilt engine.
On the surface it looks like a decent car but you cant see the state of the bodywork or underneath. I am sure I saw this car for sale a few months ago.
