After literally 2 days of solid rain it finally dried out, however half way through spraying the adjustment dial on my cheap gun dropped off and the spring pinged out. (No idea where it ended up)
This meant that the gun basically had a constant feed of paint as the needle was only in the open position, dripped all over the bloody panels I was doing.

I also had a massive load of paint mixed up, in the end I poured it into my LVLP gun and blasted it on with that I managed to recover it somewhat, but its a 1.8 tip so the paint is a bit orange peely and I still have a few drips and runs.
Now I see why people pay to have this done.
Going to try and sand it out tomorrow and see if I need to coat again. If so I'll be buying a high quality HVLP gun with a 1.4 tip.
Bloody cars haha.
