Re: 84GSLSE 13BREW Swap build
next up as we head into winter months... Ford 31spline 8.8 rear end... in the process of stripping it down, chipping off the rust flaking, cleaning it up, then I will shorten it to fit... trying to decide the route for brakes etc... part of me as a machinist wants to make all my own stuff... I need all the brackets for suspension remade and welded, custom caliper brackets made to run stock brakes... grannys speed shop over here does these rears, they also sell all the stuff I need... would cost me around $600 to have all the parts for me to just weld it on... but I am replacing the ebay intercooler that came with the motor for a Treadstone one, and refitting my radiator back to normal upright, and upgrading the fans.. so the less money I throw out the better...
