s2 limited slip differential no preload?

About 2mm. I was told if i should need new plates the later ones should fit, too.

Plates are same diameter.

Where’s the extra conical spring thickness made up? The casing?
Back in the UK for the summer, maybe longer......

Looks like. The space for the clutch packages is a bit shorter.
