I need to double check the specifics with an official but from what I have been informed I need a metal bulkhead between tank, fittings and filler and the passenger compartment, however this seems open to interpretation. Plenty of my friends in rallying use a tank fitted inside a metal box inside the car, with pumps etc either in the same box or at least outside the passenger area. Some people also seem to get away with a filler tube made from metal again so on paper everything is protected. I've been trying to find photos of the old group B cars as they seem to have most of the working parts in the boot. However I cannot find any good shots of the bulkhead to see what they do for visibility. It's not a big job to fabricate a bulkhead panel behind the front two seats but I do not want to lose all rear visibility so need to find out what sort of window is allowed. Work in progress but will share what info I find out..

If you are using the car in the UK for motorsport then you must have a sealed bulkhead between the passenger compartment and any fuel or oil tanks. You might get away with a box, but I would check with an MSA scrutineer first. You might want to take a look at the RAC MSA 'Blue Book' which details the various regulations. https://www.msauk.org/The-Sport/Regulations Take a look at my car, I've copied the Group B bulkhead. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... =3&theater

I've read through your build thread on here which is very interesting. I can't get the facebook link to work for some reason, do you have another? Thanks
