Hi there, I am currently changing all the rotors on my 83 series 2. I have ordered a new set from EBC, that come with pads. Rear pads and rotors go on fine, but the front don't. I measured the front rotors and the only difference i found was the hight, mine being the taller! When i come to fit them the rear bering sits to deep in the rotor, thus making the rotor move forwards and backwards.
I am missing something or have i orderd the wrong part, or have the rotors changed and i need a bigger bering?
Thank's guys!!
Dave

Wrong part probably.
Do you need 228 x 18mm or 250 x 22mm?

Hi thanks for that, mine is the 100m high disc rotors. Unfortunately they are out of stock, so i have got another brand. Still no joy. They dont fit. Must be the bering.

Brake rotors changed for '84 thru '85. Series 1 and 2 were 228mm (diameter) and 18mm (width)
Series 3 was 250mm x 22mm. outer bearings were different, PCD changed also from 4x110 to 4x114.3
US spec were different again. Where are you based?

Re: Help needed! Brake rotors.
Ive learnt the hard way too
Best solution let the disc brake rotor supplier supply the wheel bearings, or wheel bearing supplier supply the brake rotors.
If they cant, do not purchase from them.
