I've been into my aircooled stuff for years but I'm just a bit bored of it now.
The cars are great but I have little interest in the show scene and everything seems to just be getting expensive for no reason.

I'll keep my t25 panel, with the new tdi hart it should be even more amazing than it has been. But the crewie need to go, I love it, but I want to have a weekend car for b road bashing.

Oh yeah you're not wrong there - it seems that anything VW related has a premium on it hence the guys doing my bus interior are nothing to do with the VW scene.

An easy project with little or no welding and an MOT say £3.5k
A runner but some small repair welding needed £2k
A big resto project £0.5/1k

They're my best guesses in a rising market.

Where to find the mint condition car.....ah.....??

That's pretty much what I figured.

I guess I just need to wait for the right car to come along.

I know the forum has a for sale section, I'm just not allowed on it!

I do not know where you are located, but there is what seems a reasonable one For Sale on EBay at the moment near Hindhead
RX7 FB S3 - RX7 FC TII Vert
Rotaries Previously Owned:-
2 x NSU Ro 80s - 2 x S2 RX7s - Suzuki RE 5 - DKW(Hercules) W2000 - Norton (Krauser) Commander

Is that the red one?? Yeah it looks pretty good.

Distance isn't an issue but I thought I'd keep an eye on the market a bit first. Learn what I'm looking at.
