Energy suspension kit

Post by Ryncewind »

So payday is finally here and that means it's time to get some new bushings for the car (81 SA22).
I have been looking at this kit from Energy http://www.energysuspensionparts.com/storemade003
My question is. Will this do everything front and rear? or will i have to buy other bushings separately. There doesn't seem to be much in the kit compared to how many old rubbers I've set on fire
Also if anyone can recommend a UK dealer for the kit I'd appreciate it. Had a go on Google but not having much luck myself.
Thanks in advance.

Paul.

It's a complete kit. You even get the front drop links, some kits make you re-use the existing bolts.

Thank you Dave. I'm also looking for some dampers for the front and rear but everywhere seems to be out of stock. The little cover that covers the rod is totally rotten away so i thought i might aswell replace the whole thing while I'm there. If anyone has any links to some in stock i'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Hi Paul,
Having just been down the slippery path of buying front & rears, In hindsight (which I now have a degree in) I would purchase from a supplier that has both front & rears, and beware as they all seem to sell whilst not having any stock!

I have not used the company below but they have both sets & it saves on the dreaded shipping costs, if they use the Ebay international shipping service it makes life easier:-

I looked on that link but couldn't work out how to remove the old damper to install new ones.
