When I ordered mine from Goodridge the sent me ones for the FC or FD, but after I sent them Dim's and details they made me up a set for the same price.
So the answer to your question is no they do not have them on the shelf.

As said in another post it's the 5th line that doesn't seem to exist in any off-the-shelf set. The axle-to-chassis line. What's up with all these suppliers?
