So ive used ultrasonic cleaners for carb builds on my motorbikes and scooters for years and had great results however large cleaners have always been really expensive ... Until now as i am rebuilding my rx carb i needed somthing bigger so i took the plunge and bought a 10 liter jobbie of ebay quite convinced it would be a complete chinese made lemon :D however i thought id share the results its a great bit of kit fez

So it just cleans? doesn't damage or remove the zinc coating on the steel parts?

Yep u just fill it with water and a 5% cleaning solution set the heater to 80c or colder for more heat sensitive parts and when its at temp set the machine to run and it basicly creates microscopic bubbles that break the dirt away from the item there used in hospitals for sterilising equipment and there is no damage even to rubber/plastic parts very good for cleaning jets as it can clean them from the inside out without any danger or enlarging the jet like the saftey pin method lol the results in the photo are 20 mins on each componant ie air horn etc,etc and they just when in straight of the car no pre cleaning so the reaults speak for themselves .fez
