Just readed Tools diff topic again. :) realized that my diffs hasent so big differense in rings. So I counted teeth on both diffs. They both have 42 teeth! And teeths look similar... What a...?

Sorry, stock has 43 and lsd has 41 :D

Yes, but you need to count the teeth on the pinions as well.

43/10 = 4.3 ratio which is a nice low ratio, but I suspect you have 11 teeth giving you a 3.909.

41/8 = 5.125 is that the number of teeth on your pinion, 8?

Ok. But why both those rings looks like same? They doesent have same differense in theet size, compared to your topic examples... And from out side, those side gears look the same. I have to break them both apart I think...

How many teeth on the pinion?

The side gears look the same on the outside but on the inside, as shown in the picture, the LSD gears have space for the inner tabs on the clutch discs to locate into.

Didnt count teeth in pinion.

Ok, I see. There is a big differense.

This thing is really starting to piss me off. I really wanted to use that diff.. :)

I have to contact company who makes custom shafts...

Today my brother calculated that if I´m using "my new" diff, at 100km/h revs are around 4000 :D

Any info about that vin? :)

Not much updates on dirt kicker project. Electrics are driving us grazy. And bro desided to do again front suspension. Needs more up travel.
