I bought some (top and bottom hoses) from the US late last year. Haven't fitted them yet but one of the hoses looks a bit longer than the one fitted to the vehicle so I'm not 100% sure they are even the correct ones.... I Should have them fitted in the next couple of weeks so will post the outcome in due course.

hi ian u can buy samco super flex silicon hoses in 1 metre length for £60 so it will b plenty long enough for ur top & bottom rad hoses as they will bend to a u shape without kinking cos they have reinforced metal wiring built in.

thanks gents, that's interesting about the Samco hoses Mick, I didn't know that you could bend them..... not really liking that ribbed effect though..... plenty for sale on ebay usa but the shipping is more than twice the cost of the hoses

I've been keen on some of these but in black.. Couldn't find any in the brief time I looked though haha. Also quite pricey after shipping as you said, Ian! I'm also not the biggest fan of the flexi type hoses either but I suppose its easy aye ;)

If I can't find a decent black set when I eventually decide to buy some.. Ill probably just go with the Racing Beat ones. Assuming they fit our RHD cars too?

Is that for just the two radiator hoses or all the nonsense that tees off them for the heater as well? If it's just the two, that seems a lot

EDIT: I guess it's this set; http://www.racingbeat.com/RX7-1975-1985 ... 11481.html in which case, yup it's a lot, lol. Mind you, you get four jubbly clips thrown in as well :o

EDIT again. Mind you, they are very pretty :D . Is it a case of paying premium cos there isn't any proper alternative? Anyone have a link to the eBaytastic ones? I've often thought about upgrading my hoses but never saw any for sale... never even thought of looking abroad

I'm interested in a group buy Ian. Really only for something nice though like the Racing Beat blue ones.

No rush for me, as long as you know I'd be in for half carriage or whatever.

Hi Dave,

Dont mean to point this out, but those hoses would clearly be defined as a modification...

They do look nice though :D :D
