So after Rotostock at Santa Pod i headed west to Cheltenham to camp out and attend the Retrorides Gathering on the Sunday. I woke up early gave the car a clean up. Then decided to remove the rear wing, rear wiper, and rear fog light. I think it looks good (apart from the twenty or so holes that have appeared) the way Mazda designed it.

What do you think?

Car was looking good all weekend mate :) Certainly seemed to go ok, you flew by me with ease on the motorway

I think the de-spoilered look is working very well on the silver.

Looks clean now but I really prefer the look with a spoiler and the wiper... just my personal likes.... I suppose it's all about what we've always been used to..... most 1st gens in NZ go for the bare ass look.... where as we've always had spoilers in the UK

Hmm - wonder why there are no indicator side markers?

Yeah it has obviously had all the front panels replaced at some stage. You can see red paint on all the panels from the under side. A crash maybe but it is straight underneath. Wings must have come from a non uk car?

Uxbridge not to far and i pass that way quite often, must arrange to pop in and check out your wheels.

If any one is interested in the spoiler and little skirts in front of rear wheels then PM me. I am certain they are not going back on. I will get better pics.

Looking forward to Japfest tomorrow, gonna catch with the eXile crew

Snapped a fanbelt on Monday but managed to nurse it home.

are you running a factory viscous fan?.... they usually snap when the fan starts to stiffen up..... roll on the double pulleys!!!!
