1985 S3 FB Breaking.

Its with a heavy heart I have started to break the 1st gen.

The aim is to pull off all the stuff worth any real money and scrap the shell.

Anybody wishing to pick the shell up for scrap value is more than welcome if they want to save it from the scrappies.

If you need any parts, bar the stuff that would stop me rolling the shell round then feel free to post on this thread.

Main bits so far getting pulled out of the car this week for sale are as follows :

17in Team Dynamics Wheels - With almost new Kuhmo tyres, could do with a repaint, powder coating is looking a little rough. Looking for £250 plus postage (usually about £40)

Engine - 12a comes with alternator, water pump and oil cooler (S2 type). Looking for £150, would need to be picked up due to weight.

S4 Gearbox with S3 Tail - Good for mpg or Cars with more grunt (Taller 5th gear). Looking for around £80, again pickup preferable.

Uprated Radiator - Rebuilt with extra capacity, comes with Electric fan and electronic fan controller. Looking for £150.

Moonroof - Gold tint glass sunroof. Looking for at least £200 for this because they are rare !

LPG Kit - This will probably end up on ebay !

Uprated Lights kit - includes all the relays, fuses, wiring and Wipac Headlights to vastly improve the headlights on an FB - Looking for £50 +p&p

S4 Oil Cooler - includes all the lines and brackets to fit straight to a 12a or 13b engine. - £40 +p&p

Engine is now sold ! Sounded good compression when I turned it over (I bought it but not fired it up)
