Got a heads up from Uncle Tim of another SA that may need a home in 'The Sanctuary' so went and had a look. Sure enough it needed a home alright, turns out it'd been stolen, vandalised then put in a scrap yard, had a car put on top of her and then pulled back out the yard. Final destination RXMotors.

So here she is in her wonky glory.



Roof bent a little, not as bad as it looks.( )



Been open to the elements for a little while so interior has had it

Got rid of the sodden carpet and vacuumed the 6 trillion bits of glass so it's a start towards making her look a bit more looked after.




Couple of areas of rot but nothing horrific. Had to swap out the starter as the solenoid was toast and after some cranking and de-flooding managed to coax her to wake up. Still doesn't idle at the moment but getting there.

Moving forwards....

Took the windscreen out ready today, nice and easy considering it's already busted anyway. Also had a fight with the passenger door as it wouldn't open, no idea why it jammed but had to give it some grief to let go. Ended up swapping in a spare off ol' rusty in the shed.

Was glad to see no actual structural damage to the screen frame - just outer skin, so without further ado got Mr Trolley jack and Mrs Block of wood on the case. Came out alright.........if you stand back a bit.




It's good enough for the minute anyway.

Matt's wheels are nearing completion too, and are going on this build.




Getting there. Still won't run properly, need to take a closer look at the IDA and see whats up.

I don't know to be honest, he built them to go on his RX3 it was just by chance they fit the sev perfectly. They're 15 x 9 rear and 15 x 7.5 front thats all I know.
