Just thought I'd register my presence here as I've owned an FB or two in the past and one of my cars (Montrose) has a few mechanical similarities with the FB as well.

For some reason it took until yesterday for me to even realise this forum existed... shocking I know! I don't have many really recent pics of the Montrose - main 'cos I've not done anything much with it for a couple of years - but here you go:

I'll need to upload some of the FB pics onto FLickr so I can link them - should get a chance later today. I've had a bucket load of FC's, one FD, one Cosmo and a 929L

That Brown is so 70's, that started life as a 1600 the 2000 had a different front grill, do you have any pics of the engine bay as I assume it has a RX engine in it, because I could not even spin the wheels in my 2000 like that.

Currently the engine is stock... the cars a 2L auto with the MA series engine.
When that pic was taken I was running a comedy side exit exhaust... to get the wheels spinning (well one wheel) I just pushed the brakes on as lightly as I could and let it overload the brakes on the rear
