Anyone know by looking if this is from a series 2? It's off a 1981 model, so potentially could be S1 or S2.
Thanks,
Mike

Actually, looking at it again, I might have wrong footed you there Mike.... it definitely isn't a series 3 tank but looks similar to a s2 tank..... has anyone got a photo of a series 1 tank?

No worries Ian. A Google search tomorrow may reveal a S2 tank for comparison.

It lists the VIN in the Auction:
SA22C-161354
That surely should give it away?
Also colour is K3

not really because some markets never used the FB designation and stuck with the SA vin so a uk model 'series 2 'FB' could be a SA22C in onother country.....All UK series 1 cars are SA22c then changed to Fb for the rest of the 1st gen production run ... the s2's and s3's.... but not all markets followed the same vin pattern

Here's a pic of Kimi's S2/S3 tank. We think this is the S2 side of her makeup

It looks like the same tank, except for where the guage sensor is mounted?
