I'm wondering how many SA22C's are left in the UK? Recently spoke to Lawrence in Aberdeen who has the TWR Spa winning Motul liveried car. Know of the Rassler Racing Pentax car which has been at Pip's Dyno for tuning, and believe another was restored to 80's race spec to compete at Goodwood.
Currently How Many Left shows one road registered 1981 'built' car, which I think may be mine. Actually built 1980/registered 1981.
I've had the car garaged for the 30 years I've owned her but, due to a house move, she was stored under cover on a friend's drive. During which time considerable damage was done to the car by a teenager with a baseball bat.
All that will have to be sorted soon, before the #20 Win Percy Pentax paint job.
I am going to use late '70's/early '80's Mazda paint codes, although Lawrence reckoned the white was a Ford paint.
Recent (brilliant) re-port & refresh by Dwayne and Jay @ Silverfern. New hoses soon and new clutch, then over to Pip to tune the Holley and dyno runs.
Want to use finished car to raise money for Dementia UK.

Hi, is yours the brown one that was at retro rides? I know of that one, the rassler race car, marksport's racing beat/amsoil race car, the "spa winner" that I have seen in person.

Keith's red S1, Tim's black LHD, a yellow project that was on ebay several times recently, a dark green project was on ebay, and a yellow S1 that had a 13b in that belonged to jon newman are ones I've seen photos of but not in person in the last few years.

The spotted corner and register might bring up a few more if you look.

The “Goodwood” Pentax car is owned by Ian Cowley and started life as an S2 FB. I don’t know if it has been rebuilt since it ended up in the tyrewall a few years ago. Look up www.yelwoc.co.uk/motorsport.

I think he bought a donor recently so hopefully he's getting the crash damage sorted.
