The sad day has come where im putting my Mazda Rx7 up for sale. I have been offered another car that is too good to pass on and the rx7 just doesnt get used much anymore and its a shame for it to sit in the workshop under a cover. Time for someone else to get the enjoyment i have had out of it. i recently drove it to Japfest silverstone after 3 years off the road and it didnt miss a beat.
I bought it from this very forum 6 or 7 years ago and it would be nice for it to stay with someone on the forum again. Im offering it here first to see if anyone is interested. While i have owned it its had an engine rebuild about 3 years ago, it is bridgeported and running a weber 48 ida. Its running pshyco apex seals. It has gaz coilovers fitted with adjustable top mounts, stainless exhaust, strut brace, rota wheels in 4x110 stud pattern, U.S wing mirrors, U.S rear bumper and rear panel, Mazdaspeed steering wheel, glass sunroof, turbo 2 front seats and its polybushed all round also. I bought the rear storage bins from america and have fitted them in the rear on frame work i built myself. I do have the rear seats to go back in and the original front seats which can go with the car if required. I have the original wheels and sunroof also which again can go with the car. The pictures show red trumpets on the carb but at the moment it is running a K n N filter, the red trumpets can go with the car also if wanted and the gear knob is back to standard.

Any questions just shout, can be viewed on a ramp in our workshop and i have a box full of history and recipts.
Im going to price it at £6500 ono. It really is in good condition, no rot to worry about, polishes up nice, coilovers and some rare parts too.
Thanks for looking.
Adam.

Worth every penny I’d say given the prices of these cars nowadays

Haha yeah believe it or not the shifter was more functional than it looks. I fitted a rotary shack short shift kit on it so it helped with the short throw of the gear lever. It's an optional extra I have fitted the original gear knob back on.

Lovely car with great mods, a very fair price I'd say. Hope it stays with us.
Good luck with the sale.

I lost a few hours of my life at japfest wading through the wilderness of hondas and subarus, i nearly sent up a flare at one point! I hope it goes to a good home, i have been offered a chance at another car at a good price and i also have my mazda 1300 that needs finished off.
cheers

GLWTS - it seems a very fair price in the current market. I hope it finds a good home and the owner stays in touch on here.
Good luck with your project too 0-0

If it does go to ebay I think I'd put the £££ up a bit. You can always come down.

Consensus on here seems to be that's it's a very nice car going for a good price. I agree.
