Potential newbie....I need my head examined....

Hello from Mid Minnesota, Glenwood to be exact. I found a '79 RX7, 65,000 miles, good interior, soda blasted, supposedly rust free...CHEAP! I have a fuelie302 and AOD with low miles out back. I need another project like I need a gun-shot wound.
I will probably be bugging you guys.

Hi mate, I dropped your other intro post because it was just about the same as this post.
Very welcome on here and welcome to start bugging.
PS....what's them other things out back? Guess I'm just dim about US motors.

Codge - Granny's Speed Shop sells an engine swap kit to put a Ford 302 V-8 and AOD (Automatic Over Drive) tranny in RX7's for about $200 for the kit. Supposed to be a super easy install
I've heard that before.

Welcome to the Forum, does your 7 still have the Rotary Engine up front? If so is it running, as I wonder why you are looking to swap? Be nice to see some pictures
