What's the best way to fit a fuel cell in the back of an FB rally car? Thinking about cutting away the spare wheel well and welding a frame for this one in the boot floor and then mounting the spare wheel further forward on the rear rollcage cross bar. Pumps would sit to the side.

I'm sure that would work, the main issue as far as UK rally regs is that you must have a bulkhead between fuel components and the passenger compartment.
