84 GSL SE just got it

Just got a 85 rx7 GSL SE still working out a couple of of the bugs to get it safetied. It's been sitting for a couple years. Was first turned off when I heard yellow but after seeing it had to have it. Hope to have it on the road in a week or two. Have pics just have to learn how to post them.

looks very interesting.....thanks for posting. Is that a cream shade?
I get a real surprise not to see a 12A engine in a 1st gen.

Yeah it's kind of a cream colour with a 13b. First year for it.

Not so far as I know. The 3 series of UK 1st gens each had their own colours.....the only choice we got when purchasing a new car.
The cream didn't figure and I think that exact repeated colours across series was very limited....e.g. Silver (Code K3) was common to S2 and S3. Renaisance Red (Code R3) might have also crossed over between S1 and S2 but I'm not sure about that.
