Every time I use my S2, I dream to change the rear drums on the S1... I've spent something like 1000€ 2 year ago to rebuild, but them too often are blocked when I'm pushing hard, and the brake distance is too long...
There's and easy swap wich something? Mk. II, III or other car without change too much parts?

You should be able to swap in an S2 complete rear into your S1. You will need the S2 parking brake lines and maybe the S2 prop shaft.
