Noob from New Zealand

Hi All,
My name is Nelson, and i have had a few rx7's over the years, including one i bought in London for 26 quid (with rusted out floors, it was more like the flintstones car) but i am joining up for my next build tech as I found a link to FC subframes into FB chassis and it led me here.
I have just purchased a mint 1 owner 1983 FB GSL SE out of Los Angeles for $800USD, it is on the boat to New Zealand and will cost me about $2500NZD legal and drivable on the road here... I also purchased a short shaft 20B a few months ago when my mechanic was doing a bulk order of E shafts he called me and asked if I wanted in on the deal, I have had a lot of 13b REW motors in cars, but I have always wanted the unicorn motor... the Big Block rotary... (although i guess everyone is going 4 rotor these days)
So plan is:
Strip interior intall 6 point cage.
Suspension, FC complete front swap
Rear coilovers and diff upgrade to ??? (lots of options here so not fussed, probably hilux)
Install 20B... thinking I will go PP for that raw NA sound and classic racecar sound.
Wheels, Seats, Fuel set up.
Thats it really, it will be road legal and i can take it to local hill climb/gymkhana/track days... maybe even the targa next year.
Looking forward to getting some inside ideas on a bunch of the tech...
