I have a leak and I was going to change the gasket bit it looks like the water pump pulley hits the main pulley, do ibhave to remove the main one ? If I remove the main one would I move the timing? I'm new with rotary engine's.

Hi, no, it don't change the timing at all and must marking the pulley to line up the timing pointer with white marker pen
You can put back the same as before.

The last 2 posts on page 4. Is that what you're after at all? I think as long as you don't mess with the big bolt then you'll be fine to remove it :)
