Basically, one of these;

but for the nearside (left side). Not too bothered if it's rusty but would like a sound one that isn't full of holes and rotten, please. Cheers!

chucked 2 shotblasted and repainted ones away yesterday and the skip was changed this afternoon :( :( talk about bad timing :(
and what a crap design they are... surely plastic ones would have been 100 times better?

Dang :evil: I was up in Staffordshire over the weekend, too :roll: Too spooky!

yeah, plastic would have been much more sensibler. The FD ones are all plastic, as is the undertray. It's not as if Mazda hadn't heard of plastic when they were knocking out Series 3s, but maybe they had a whole warehouse full of already-made steel ones :?

Hey, Adam. No, sadly not. That's the brake backing plate, it just has a vent built into it. The one I want is a plate that goes inside the bottom of the front wing, in front of the wheel arch. It picks up air from the vents in the front bumper and directs it towards the brakes.

Iv never seen these before but to be fair the best part of them probably melted away into oblivion before i was even born. :shock:
There have most defiantly not been any on the cars iv scrapped so far and they were all stripped to within an inch of there life
Good look with the hunt.
