Hi all,

New member here from the Hampton roads area of Virginia USA. My first car is a 83 RX7 GSL, 'Roxie', and is also the car that got me into the automotive scene. I still have this car and currently building it. The current plans for her is a full bridge 12A, weber side drought carbs, long primary full open exhaust, completely redone updated interior that will retain as much of 1st gen feel I can manage, lowered tightened suspension, possibly swap or fab up an independent rear end. The goal is basically a track ready/capable show car while keeping to 1st gen roots.

Hiya, welcome along! Track and show car often sit at opposite ends of the spectrum, I'll be interested to see how you merge the two. How long have you had the car, If you don't mind my asking?

My dad bought the car in '03 i believe. I pretty much took the car over when I started driving in '07. Up until the engine finally decided to crap out on me its been used of and on as a daily remaining largely factory with a few small things here and there. Now that I actually need to rebuild the 12A, it's time to finally start the ground up build I've always wanted to do with her.
