Dave, a T04B is a Garret turbocharger, the smallest in the T04 series that leads up to E, S, R and ultimately roller-bearing Z variants. An old-tech plain bearing turbo and arguably quite small for a 13B in B-format but fine for a 12A and still popular and very effective, reliable horsepower.
