I've been looking on here a bit as I have me a soft spot for the ol fb. Good to see so many getting the treatment they deserve.
I have a 618 coupe in nz waiting for me so I'm on the engine hunt here in the uk.
Cheers
Mayson

Clint fabbed the base plates wheels on holiday in nz and the .....£50 seats....yes, £50 recaro fishnets!! Not the tidiest but no rips.
They really suit the old school rx s.

'lo Mayson
Do they have to be FC brakes? I've got a spare set of FD four-pots that need new seals, I think they may be more or less the same except cosmetically. The FD ones don't have the cooling fins of the FC calipers. Got some pretty goosed discs that are straight (runout) but badly rust pitted. They may be able to survive a skim by some clever machinist. Or Johnny, lol

Re: Hey y'all
Well, they're going nowhere, dude. I forgot I even had them, been trying to clear the garage out and found them in a Budweiser box. Weird, I don't even drink the muck
. IIRC it was MR TOOL who insisted that FC and FD calipers were the same mount spacing and offset, so maybe he'll be along to confirm or deny at some point

Re: Hey y'all
I'm looking into this now on dingo rota. Standby caller.
What a rotter I am...saying hi on a fb site after I sold mine and having a introduce yourself thread turn into a technical thread. Classic.
