It's changed a bit, those aren't Team Dynamics. They look like the 15" set of Volks TE37s that were up on eBay a few months back. I was soooooo tempted but as that car shows neatly there's no way they were fitting a stock body. Looks great though. IMHO

A-ha. i thought the wheels and arches must have been a fairly new edition. Sorry Nik but I'm pretty sure they were Rota. Damn Rota, did you see they even copied Hayashi Cherry Blossom recently :(

Oh, are they? Hard to tell from that pic. Bloody Rota, devalue everything. Hateful. Ought to be a law against it  Oh well, the car still sits well, even if it is sitting on wheels made from bacofoil

I briefly spoke to the owner, who said he'd just recently bought it. He was having a few teething problems with the carb and clutch slave and I pointed him towards us :) The MRC window sticker was apparently left over from the previous owner apparently. I didn't get to ask if the wheels / arches were new owners work or not. Looks nice but looks like it needed a little mechanical TLC.

Noooooo.......Get that car off that Beach........Doesn't everyone know they're salty!!!!!

You must send Pickfords out with 100 yards of carpet to lay out on the sand before you drive from the road......

It was in Calne in Wiltshire when it was up for sale. Any Idea where it lives now Steve? Where's the beach?

The only salt/sand protection I did was put air filters on :P I did show some restraint on power slides on the sand for the sake of rust though :(

The beach was Brean Sands, just down from Weston, and it was a kinda south west meet, so I'm guessing it could still be Wiltshire or Somerset.

The interior does look to be significantly better than the rest of the car. And is the best interior fabric up in my unbiased opinion ;)

Dibs on the carphone!

I am off to a local car club event in NZ tomorrow. Just as I was off to bed last night I heard one of the competitors testing his Mazda race car up the road. Pics to follow on my return to the UK
