If an Elford rear spoiler is fitted to match the front spoiler, then the current holes will not match, will they?

All except the 2 front ones will fit. The only ones that need re-drilling is the front 2 where the little screws are. It was cleverly designed by Ted Marchant to be a more or less straight swap for the OEM rubber spoiler

Front ones no screws, no hole, no need re-drilling require.
